The Vista Grande Public Library provides a variety of programs for adults, families and children, all open to the public without charge.

April 2025 Events:

Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) is holding a webinar on Tuesday, April 8 at 1pm. The webinar will cover Powers of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, probate, non-probate transfers (including transfers on Death Deeds), and Institutional Medicaid. Rock Time Archaeology and Anthropology, Saturday, April 12, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. "What kind of rock is this?" Bring it to the library and geologists will identify your rock and discuss local geology. Additionally, learn about ancestral civilizations from local archaeologists/anthropologists.

The Santa Fe Six - Authors Reading. Saturday, April 19, 1:00pm. The "Santa Fe Six" would like to invite you to this public reading of their new book of poems and prose, Outlaw Poets

Eldorado Sixth Annual Poetry Reading: Saturday, April 26, 5:30 pm. In celebration of National Poetry Month. Poets will read their original poems. With special guest poet Barbara Rockman of Santa Fe. Subject: Women: Their Struggles and Triumphs
